I love doing this workout first thing in the morning. It really gets me going and keeps me going the rest of the day. Do 4 rounds of 16 weighted walking lunges, 12 push ups, 10 situps. Keep going through the movements until you have completed 4 rounds. So in total you will end up doing 64 walking lunges, 48 push ups, and 40 sit ups. Use whatever weight you are comfortable with for the walking lunges. I suggest working through this with a challenging weight for the lunges - and going through the rounds as fast as possible to get the most out of this great workout!
