I have been feeling a little under the weather the last few days due to a head cold, so my workouts have been very low intensity, such as body weight movements, circuits at a slower pace, and lots of walking my dog. I am itching to get a good sweat on so I am going to have a go at this workout today. It might not be pretty, and it might not be fast, but that's ok. Every single workout isn't going to be your best performance, and it can be difficult to remember that it is ok! What matters is that you are moving and enjoying yourself - and now that I am starting to feel a little better I am excited to crush this workout today - who is with me?!
