Saw this today and just had to share :)
Sometimes I tell myself it is OK to exercise so I can indulge. I don't always workout because I like it, or because it feels good, or because it makes me happy...but simply because I want dessert...or wine...or an unhealthy amount of carbs. And yes, sometimes I want all of the above.
Your reason doesn't always have to be the same - just get moving!
