This post is going to be super short because it is honestly one of easiest recipes I have ever made. This is the perfect week night dish for me and husband. It can be made ahead of time and reheated, or just thrown together on the skillet before eating. It takes no time at all, and it is paleo-friendly too!
1 pound organic ground turkey
1 container of organic broccoli/carrot slaw
1/2 jar of organic salsa
seasoning for meat as you like
- Brown meat in a skillet over medium-high until cooked through. Season as desired.
- Add the slaw to the skillet with the meat. Stir until slaw reaches texture you like.
- Add your favorite salsa at the end and stir all together.
- Serve and enjoy.
