If you follow me on snapchat, then you might have followed along to see me make this delicious post workout protein shake. I have started using Progenex Recovery as a post workout supplement. It helps my muscles recover faster, especially while I am doing 2-3 workouts per day. You can use any protein powder you choose for this recipe though.

Note: I cooked the cubed sweet potato at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, then let it cool and froze it over night. If you don't have frozen, cooked sweet potato, just add a cooked sweet potato along with 2 cups of ice.
