If you follow me on snapchat (clv18) then you might have noticed (or been annoyed by) that I have been experimenting with different shakes in my NutriBullet. Mostly this is because I have started drinking a post workout recovery protein shake, and trying out different recipes that incorporate it. Just for something different, So, here is my latest concoction:
1 banana, frozen
½ cup whole strawberries, frozen
⅔ cup almond milk
2 scoops Progenex Protein
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ tablespoon ground chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender.
