In our house, we eat a lot of chicken. Although, that is a healthy choice, it can also get a little boring. So, I went searching for new chicken breast recipes - and I found one I just had to share! Not only did I love it, but so did my husband! Definitely a dish that I will make again and again.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
See directions with corresponding photos below...
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2) Combine ingredients (except the chicken) in a bowl
3) Line baking sheet with foil and place chicken breasts on foil
4) Coat each chicken breast in Greek yogurt mixture
5) Bake for 45 minutes
