When it comes to recovery after exercise and running, everyone's body is different. Through some trial and error, there are things I have come to realize MY body needs in order to recover well. Again, everyone is different, but I wanted to share these 4 running recovery tips that are an absolute must for me.
#1: Stretch. And when I'm done, stretch some more.
#3: Hydrate all day, everyday.
#4: Rest days are a must.
