Happy Valentine's Day! Today's post is brought to you by the color RED.
This is my second pinspiration post. The first one I did was last Fall. I am the farthest thing from a fashion forward gal, but with Pinterest I am able to get some ideas and put together an outfit with a little more confidence. That is where my Pinspiration post ideas derived from.
My favorite thing about blazers is that they can pretty much work no matter what you pair them with. From pairing them with a summer dress, to wearing them with a tee shirt or hoody, they work. I am obsessed, and have added a few to my closet.
Below is a little pinspiration outfit I found for my red blazer and the items I used in my outfit:
This blazer is a tad big on me (medium), but I kinda like it that way so I can wear sweaters/thicker shirts under it.
Red blazer: Old Navy - I can't find any blazers on their website to link to (I bought mine last year), so here are some similar ones around the same price point:
Kohl's - Lauren Conrad Boyfriend Blazer - (not red, but I love these and have one in teal)
Urban Outfitter - Silence + Noise Ex-Boyfriend Blazer
Macy's - Blazers
White or Black Tee: Old Navy Slub-Knit Crew Tee - $12.94 - At the end of summer, they had some of their tees and tanks on sale for $3-$5. Score!
Jeans: New York & Company Jean Leggings in black - $59.95 - got these on sale during the BOGO pant sale
Booties: DSW - Bare Traps Roma Bootie in black - $64.95
My earrings are gold teardrop earrings from Francescas, but I can't find them online. I got them in the store.
My necklace is from Old Navy. Their jewelry section is fairly new, so it is not online. Again, I got it at the store.
What's your favorite way to wear a blazer?
