Sometimes I need a break from the egg whites in the morning and switch it up with a smoothie for breakfast. I have experimented with different kinds of fruit and ingredients, but this one is by far one of my favorites. Enjoy!
1/4 cup uncooked whole grain oats
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 container (3 ounces) nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
a couple ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into a cup and you're good to go!
