A few Saturdays ago, I was feeling under the weather. Thankfully we didn't have any plans, so we could just lay low around the house all day. It was the perfect day to throw some veggies and chicken in the crockpot. We could smell the delicious flavors cooking all day long. Not to mention, who doesn't love a big bowl of soup when they're sick?!
Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir until mixed together well. Cook on low in crockpot for 8 hours.
