If you are reading this, then you probably see that my blog has a new look and feel to it. I promised myself at the beginning of this journey that I would allow my blog to evolve into what it was supposed to be. I am not sure I have reached the destination yet, but it was time for a refresher.
I started publishing my thoughts and experiences as I started following a healthier lifestyle. Then, things changed a tad and became more geared toward fitness, as I was training for my first half marathon. Now, I have realized that I have even more to share with you.
If you check out my new About page, you will see that it is my goal to have this updated blog centered around a few key things.
