As you will see below, we took it nice and easy on vacation. No regrets about it either! It was amazing to be able to relax and do what we wanted to when we wanted to.
Although, despite my ultimate relaxation, I am happy to report that I succeeded in the goals I set for myself for the November Challenges:
Runvember = 38.5 total running miles (30 was my goal)
Pile on the Miles = 61.5 total miles (60 was my goal)
Monday: 2 mile run + 2 mile walk + 1 mile walk
Tuesday: 3 mile walk along the beach + 3 mile normal walk
Thursday: walked 120 minutes
Friday: walked 60 minutes
Saturday: walked 60 minutes
