Even though I got 15 miles in, which is good for me, it was a rather easy week. I didn't do any circuit training and had THREE rest days. It was hard to take 3 days completely off, but I was feeling myself starting to get sick, so I decided to listen to my body and take it easy.
Monday: 5 mile run
Tuesday: 2 mile run + 20 minutes on arc trainer
Thursday: 3 mile run
Saturday: 5 mile run
**November challenges update:
For the Runvember Thirty in 30 challenge and the Pile on the Miles challenge for the month of November, I am at a total of 17 miles. My goal for the month is 60 miles.
I'm ready to kick it into high gear this week!
