October is the first month I broke 60 miles, coming in at 62.57 miles ! Might not seem like much, but it is pretty cool for me. In November, my goal is to participate in the challenges and hit 60 miles again.
Monday: ran a slow and easy 2 miles + 20 minutes on the arc trainer
Tuesday: 4.5 mile run
Wednesday: circuit training for 20 minutes
Thursday: 3 mile run + arc trainer
Friday: rest day
Saturday: 20 minute walk + planks and push-ups
Sunday: 2 mile run
Total was 12.5 miles, but I am ready to start the week off right with a 5 mile run on Monday!
