It was our first week of COLD weather, and I forgot how much it takes to get used to a temperature change like that. I actually did a couple runs on the treadmill this week, which will also take some getting used to.
My main goal this winter is to keep my mileage consistent. I don't want to lose miles this winter because of the darkness or the coldness (enter: the treadmill), and then have to start all over again in the Spring. I've worked too hard to build up to where I am, and don't want to lose that.
Monday: ran 2 miles easy
Tuesday: walked 4.8 miles with my mother-in-law
Wednesday: circuit training for 20 minutes
Friday: ran 4 miles
Saturday: walked 4.1 miles with my husband
Sunday: ran 3 miles
**In case you're curious, my circuit training currently consists of 13 body weight exercises:
