I have completed the 17th week of my half marathon training. ONE more week until race day!
Tuesday: 3 mile run
Wednesday: 5 mile run
Thursday: 3 mile run
Saturday: 13 mile run
That 13 mile run was HARD. The last 3 miles were a legit struggle for me to complete. I slowed down tremendously, but I did it! I am excited for my first half marathon on Saturday, but I am also pretty nervous. Just not knowing what to expect I suppose. However, I can honestly say that I am proud of my hard work to get to this point, so bring on the race!
