I have completed the 14th week of my half marathon training! This week included a race on Saturday. The 15k race was built in as part of the training series for the half marathon.
Tuesday: 3 mile run
Wednesday: 2.1 mile run
Thursday: circuit training
Saturday: Race Day! 15k = 9.3 mile run
