I have completed the 7th week of half marathon training!
This week and next week, my training schedule is going to look quite different than the past 6 weeks. With traveling and other plans, sometimes things just have to shift and I have to do the best I can with the time I have. Hopefully I will get back to my steady routine the week of 2/24.
My week in workouts went like this:
Tuesday: 3 mile run
Thursday: 8 mile run + 3 x 1 minute planks
Friday: 4 mile run
Saturday: 1 hour yoga class
Sunday: rest (became very ill)
