Last week was the second week of my training - it went really well, and I am feeling great! Here is the low-down on my daily workouts last week:
Tuesday: 3 mile run + chest press, overhead press, fly, lat pull down (4 sets of 12 each)
Wednesday: 3 mile + 4 sets of 1 minute planks
Thursday: 3 mile run + 8 minute abs circuit
Saturday: 5 mile run + 1 hour yoga class
Sunday: cross training: 30 minute walk
*From now on, I want to make sure my cross training activities are for at least an hour. I just don't think 30 minutes was enough - bu that's ok, now I know.
Now, for some motivation to help us get started on the right foot this week!
