We have been cooped up due to the snow totals and extreme cold the past couple days. I don't think I have felt cold like this before... -40 with wind chill. Yikes!
My workouts this week went like this:
Tuesday: 3 mile run
Wednesday: 3 mile run
Thursday: 3 mile run
Saturday: 4 mile run
Sunday: circuit training
This was our first week of following our official training plan (Hal Higdon Half Marathon Training Guide) and it felt great!
