Another week of this lovely wake-up call time...
For those of you interested, here is a breakdown of my daily workouts from this past week:
Monday: 40 minutes on the arc trainer + 15 minute run + strength: chest/arms/back (3 sets of 10 rotations on the chest press, lat pull down, fly, and overhead press)
Tuesday: 2.64 mile run + 20 minutes spinning
Wednesday: 2.59 mile run
Friday: core circuit
Sunday: 30 minutes on the arc trainer + 30 minute walk
After some seriously low mileage weeks (winter has been kicking my butt!), I am in need of some motivation. So, in case you are in the same boat, here is a quote from Runner's World:
