I know some of you couldn't care less what my workouts consist of each week, but I have decided to start posting more about my specific workouts.
The main reason for doing this is pretty selfish actually - I hope it will keep me more accountable and motivated to 'stay on pace' with my workouts and running since I will be sharing more often. I also encourage you to share your stories, struggles, and triumphs
The second reason is that I do hope to motivate others, simply by showing you that it does not come easy to everyone. Even for someone who was an athlete since they could walk, and was a Division 1 athlete, it's still hard. Sometimes, very hard.
