I have completed the 15th week of my half marathon training. Just three more weeks until race day!
Tuesday: 3 mile run + ab circuit
Wednesday: 4 mile run
Thursday: circuit training
Saturday: 11 mile run
With just three more weeks before the my goal of the half marathon race, I am in need of any motivation I can get to make sure I stay on track.
