I have completed the 10th week of half marathon training! One improvement I want to work on next week is getting some strength training exercises back into my routine. I kind of let those fall to the wayside in the last few weeks.
Here is what my week looked like in workouts:
Tuesday: 3 miles
Thursday: 3.2 miles
Saturday: 7 mile run + 1 mile walk
I was so thankful to finally get some outside runs in, so hopefully the Spring-like temperatures stick around!
