Week 5 of my half marathon training in complete!
This week ended with a 5k race! It was the first race of the 500 Festival Mini Marathon Training Series. The series consists of a 5k, 10k, and 15k all leading up to the half marathon in May. I will post a full race recap of the 5k later this week.
Anyway, this is what my workouts looked like this week:
Tuesday: 3 mile run + 20 minutes of circuit training
Wednesday: 4 mile run + 20 minutes of yoga
Thursday: 3 mile run + 8 minute ab circuit x 2
Saturday: 5k race (3.1 miles)
Sunday: circuit training
