Step 2 - Meal Planning:
I truly believe that menu planning is one of the best places to start getting organized. By planning dinner meals for the week, it gives me one less thing to worry about at the end of each day.
Below are a few reasons that might help convince you to menu plan:
- I never have to come up with a last minute meal off the top of my head.
- For the most part, our meals are healthier and well-balanced.
- I always have the ingredients in the house for whatever I’m making because I make up my menu plan before going grocery shopping.
- I save money by not buying groceries I don’t end up using.
