This is one of the easiest desserts I have ever made. These mini tartlets are scrumptious little bites of heaven. I made them once, and will definitely be making them every chance I get, so I just had to share them with you.
Caramel Chocolate Tartlets
1 package of phyllo cups (15 in a each pkg)
1 can of Dulce de Leche
1 cup of your favorite melt-able chocolate (I used dark chocolate chips)
1 pkg of chopped peanuts (or your favorite kind of nuts)
Add a dollop of dulce de leche in each phyllo cup. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips. Spoon some melted chocolate over the caramel, and top with chopped peanuts. I set them on a small platter in the refirgerator to set until I was ready to serve them.
Fruit & Cream Cheese Tartlets
1 pkg of phyllo cups (15 in each pkg)
1 small tub of Cool Whip Cream Cheese Frosting (freezer section)
A few strawberries
A few blueberries
Add a dollop of cream cheese frosting to each phyllo cup. Slice a few strawberries into thin, slices. Add strawberry slice and blueberry on top of the cream cheese. Let set in refirgerator until ready to serve.
