I recently came across an AWESOME challenge on YogaJournal.com - the challenge is yoga at your desk. Now, I am a total newbie to yoga, but the few classes I have attended so far, I have absolutely loved! Yoga is definitely a nice change of pace for my lighter workout days.
Check out the link to Yoga Journal's Office Yoga - each pose takes less than 2 minutes, and most of them you can do right at your desk. What a great way to relieve tension throughout the day?!
