- 1 pork roast, approximately 2 lbs, but this is flexible
- 25 oz jars fermented sauerkraut (Bubbies brand)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 apples, cored and sliced
- ground pepper to taste
- Place pork in crockpot, followed by onion and sauerkraut. Then top with sliced apples.
- Cover and set on low for 8 hours
