This recipe probably doesn't even sonstitute as an actual recipe becasue it is that simple and actually pretty run of the mill.
However, it is one of the best meals to prep ahead of time, and honestly you can eat it for any meal - even as a snack.
You can use any type of meat you like - in the photo above I chose chicken breast cutlets that I cut into bite size pieces. You can also choose any type of veggies you like. I went with a basic stir-fry veggie combo this time. Now, there are tons of yummy sauces you could add as well, but to keep it Paleo, I use olive oil and all of my favorite spices.
I think sometimes I can get kind of wrapped up in trying new recipes (which I love to do), but to make it a little easier on myself, some weeks call for a big batch of stir-fry prepare and set aside just ready to grab when needed.
