If you know me at all, then you know I am a big fan of HIIT workouts. I really enjoy more CrossFit inspired workouts - and those don't always have to be heavy Olympic lifts.
I have put together a nice little 20 minutes HIIT workout for my readers below. Do not be fooled by the word 'beginner'. I am here to tell you that if you push yourself and keep moving at your best effort during the work times, then you are going to get your heart rate up and get one heck of a workout!
A great thing to note is that all of these movements can be done anywhere and with no equipment. No excuses - just get it done!
