Talk about a leg workout! This had my hammys and quads burning before the workout was even complete. You can make the deadlifts and the ball slams as heavy or as light as you want - totally up to you. I recommend going lighter on the dedlifts since it is high reps, and meant to be a speedy workout as you work through the movements. You could also use dumbbells for the deadlifts insted of a barbell - and whatever kind of medicine ball you have that you can slam it down and pick it back up will work just fine!
Be sure to keep your form and technique correct, and move through this as fast as possible. Put 12 minutes on the timer and do as many rounds as possible in the 12 miniutes. One round is equivalent to the list outlined above.
