This workout got me good! Honestly though, any time there are thrusters involved, I am in for it. For this workout, you are going to set your timer for 10 minutes. Then, start with 80 jump ropes, followed by 3 thrusters. Then go back to 80 jump rope, followed by 6 thrusters, and continue that pattern, increasing the number of thrusters by 3 each time until the 10 minutes is up. For the thrusters, use whatever weight you are comfortable with. I used 45 pounds on my barbell. You could also use dumbbells if you prefer.
