When I am traveling for work, I find it difficult to stay on a workout regiment. This is mostly because of meetings, conferences, early mornings, late dinners, etc. (excuses, I know!)
I was fortunate enough on my last trip to have some extra time to myself for working out, plus I got in a ton of walking as I was sightseeing. I have some more work trips coming up, and this time I am going to be prepared! I love circuit training - and one of the best things about it is you don't always need equipment or even a huge chunk of time. Not to mention, you can perform the exercises in the comfort of your own hotel room, if you prefer.
Here are few exercises put together to make up one short, but great workout!
