Don't be fooled by the 10 minute time cap.. this is a killer workout! Here is the thing though, you absolutely have to push yourself with these shorter workouts. The key is to - of course - keep your form on point, but also to go as fast as you can (without compromising form). That will really get your heart rate up throughout the workout - which is a great thing!
Fo this one, you are doing as many rounds as possible of 25 air squats, 20 box jumps (or step ups), 15 push-ups. So, as soon as you finish one round, you jump right into the next round. Try not to take unnecessary breaks, and get moving with this AMRAP!
